This Organization Privacy Statement provides information required by law about Organization’s online information gathering and dissemination practices. Individual pages on Organization websites may provide additional information.


In addition to the information in this Privacy Statement, Organization’s Terms of Use and Computer, Internet, and Electronic Communications Information Management Policy set forth requirements that you must follow when using Organization’s websites and technology network.

While the Personal Information we collect varies depending upon the nature of the Services provided or used and our interactions with individuals, generally, we may collect the following categories of Personal Information:


  • Name, contact information, and other identifiers: real name, alias, postal address, telephone number(s), unique personal identifier, online identifier, email address, account name, signature, or other similar identifiers
  • Financial information: bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or other financial information
  • Medical information, disability, and health insurance information: to support specific programmatic or regulatory requirements or service requests
  • Demographic information: characteristics such as race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, national origin, citizenship status, and marital status
  • Government identification: Social Security, driver’s license, state ID card, and passport number
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information: internet protocol (IP) address including, but not limited to, browsing history; search history; and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an Internet website, application, or advertisement
  • Audio, video, and other electronic data: photos, call recordings, and CCTV footage
  • Inferences drawn from any of above categories of Personal Information: inferences used to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, and abilities

Organization will use your personal information for the following general purposes:

    • (ii) the University is required to collect the information by, or is provided with, the personal information under, an Australian law; and
  • The Company will store personal information securely. The Company will take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss or unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
  • Access to personal information will only be provided to Company Council members, employees, contractors who require access to the information to undertake their role at the Company.

You have the right to access your personal data free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable fee for clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive requests.
